
NOVATOP SWP 3-Ply Panel
Description
NOVATOP SWP 3-ply panels are made of sawn softwood dried to 8% (larch 12%). Each layer is composed of solid wood lamellae. The 3-ply panel consists of a central layer rotated 90° relative to the outer layers. The thickness of the layers is variable and defines the final thickness of the panel. The lamellae of the middle layer are bonded lengthwise. They are fixed vertically by finger joints or can be left continuous. Their thickness is a maximum of 42 mm. The outer layers are made of continuous lamellae 6 or 9 mm thick and 93 to 143 mm wide. The width of the surface lamellae is always the same and the lamellae are oriented toward the surface, on the right side. The longitudinal joints of the lamellae are bonded on each layer. The adhesive used is water-resistant and the bonding of the surface lamellae meets the EN 204, AW 100 or D4 standard. The sanding quality corresponds to a grit of 100 (coarser sanding on request).
