Oak Boule Grade S Long Lengths

Description

This Grade S "Veneer Logs", with an average volume of about 1.8 m³ per boule, brings together exceptional oak logs and veneer logs from French forests that are mostly PEFC certified. The large-diameter logs are sawn into unedged boards then restacked into boules, cleanly debarked and trimmed. The timber is supplied green, air-dried under cover, pre-dried or kiln-dried, and stored on dried profiled stickers to keep staining under control. The boules are strapped and identified by a barcode label. Available in lengths from 3.5 to 8 m, this premium grade is aimed at exceptional and luxury work as well as fit-out. Acceptance and grading are carried out green, with a minimum volume of 5 m³ per thickness.
