Oak Boule Prestige Grade

Description

The Prestige grade brings together premium oak boules from exceptional French logs and veneer logs, mostly PEFC certified. The logs are sawn into unedged boards then restacked into boules, cleanly debarked and trimmed. The timber is supplied green, air-dried under cover, pre-dried or kiln-dried to order, so as to prevent checking. Storage on dried profiled stickers keeps staining under control. Each boule is strapped and identified by a barcode label that guarantees traceability. Intended for exceptional, large-scale or luxury work, this grade offers the long lengths sought after for fit-out. Acceptance and grading are carried out green, with a minimum volume of 5 m³ per thickness.
