Vertical Caramel Budget is a bamboo floor covering from the ootouch (BambooTouch®) brand, in the Caramel shade. Vertical-grain board construction (bamboo sliced then assembled on edge). Here the bamboo is solid right through the board: it can be sanded and refinished several times over the decades, like a traditional solid wood floor. Board dimensions: width 96 mm, length 960 mm, thickness 12 mm. Available in an oiled or lacquered finish. Glued-down or floating installation depending on the subfloor. It is suitable for underfloor heating and for bathroom use provided it is glued down, which is compulsory in both cases. 30-year manufacturer's warranty. Bamboo is a fast-growing material, presented by the manufacturer as a renewable alternative to traditional wood species for floor coverings.
