Description

The Optima clip is a patented concealed fixing, in black PVC, dedicated to the Océwood Optima, Optima Plus and Optima Eko composite decking boards. Asymmetric in shape, it is fitted in the direction of the arrow moulded on the part: it locks the board while absorbing its expansion and sets the centre-to-centre spacing between two boards, which speeds up installation compared with a standard clip. Dimensions of 35 × 13 × 38 mm. The bag contains 50 clips and their stainless steel screws; consumption is 20 clips per square metre of decking, for 2 boards and 1 joist of 3 m per square metre. The clip is screwed onto a composite or timber joist, following the installation diagram in the data sheet and the decking instructions. It is not intended for any boards other than those of the Optima range. Ten-year commercial warranty, European origin.
