Description

Bio-based wood brightener that restores in fifteen minutes the original look of timber greyed by the weather, without attacking it. It also works on cork and removes surface marks, limescale and rust, as well as algae deposits on gelcoat and plastics. One function sets it apart from the other brighteners in the range: it degreases new hardwoods, teak in particular, before the Deks Olje D.1 saturator is applied, an essential operation on these oily species to obtain good penetration. Its field of use is bare timber never protected or free of finish, weathered, soiled or stained — teak, ipe, mahogany — on horizontal as well as vertical surfaces: fencing, garden furniture and boat decks. Outside the marine field, it brightens decking and cladding and removes iron sulphate marks on wood, stone and tiling. Coverage of 5 to 10 m² per litre, application between 5 and 35 °C.
