Description

Water-based one-pack insulating sealer, offered clear or tinted, for interior wood floors, floorboards and staircases, new or old, in all species. Applied to bare wood before lacquering, it evens out the substrate and improves the performance of the floor lacquer, which directly determines the durability of the finishing system. Its insulating role comes into its own on tropical hardwoods and on species rich in tannin or natural oil, where it slows the formation of stains. It also prevents side bonding of boards and joints, preserving the movement the floor needs. Unaffected by light, it does not yellow over time. No buffing is needed after drying, either by hand or by machine. The product is ready to use and compatible with the filler binder in the range. Coverage of 10 to 12 m² per litre, application between 10 and 25 °C.
