Ozigo Base-ply engineering plywood 1
Plywood

Description

Ozigo Base-ply is an all-ozigo (Dacryodes buettneri) plywood offered as a birch substitute for engineered products. Its make-up is uniform — each ply is 1.5 mm — and its faces carry a BB/BB (III/III) grade to standard EN 635-2. For engineered flooring and engineered wall systems, Rougier quotes a thickness tolerance of ± 0.3 mm, valid for the 9, 12 and 15 mm thicknesses alone. The panel is calibrated, sanded on its two faces and glued with class 3 phenolic; it weighs 675 kg/m³ to within 10% and is certified NF Extérieur CTB-X by FCBA. Other outlets mentioned: furniture frames and packaging. Three sizes are made, including a 1525 × 1525 mm square. Structural CE2+ use is reserved for panels of at least 9 mm. The FSC 100% certificate is sent on request.
