Plywood
Description
Ozigo Form-ply is a film-faced plywood for demanding concrete shuttering, which Rougier positions as a replacement for birch panels. It consists of 100% ozigo (Dacryodes buettneri), every ply measuring 1.5 mm, and is overlaid on both faces with a 165 g dark brown phenolic film. Its edges are protected by a coat of acrylic paint. Taber abrasion resistance is 600 cycles (EN 13329, Annex E). The number of reuses is indicative only: 15 to 25, subject to good site practice, the concrete finish quality expected, handling, storage and the release agent used. Besides multi-use formwork, the manufacturer mentions light commercial vehicles and vans, the agricultural sector and packaging. Structural CE2+ from 9 mm, non-structural CE for lower thicknesses. Two sizes: 3000 × 1500 and 2500 × 1250 mm.
