Plywood

Description

Ozigo Mesh-ply is an anti-slip plywood that Rougier presents as an alternative to birch for technical flooring. Made entirely of ozigo (Dacryodes buettneri) in 1.5 mm plies, it has a dark brown phenolic film with a wire-mesh pattern on one side and a smooth phenolic film on the reverse, at 165 g. The panel edges get an acrylic paint seal. Its density reaches 675 kg/m³ (± 10%). Class 3 phenolic bonding. Fields of use: floors of trailers and light vehicles, flight cases, horse stables, stages and mezzanine floors, packaging. CE2+ marking for structural use concerns thicknesses of 9 mm and more; under that, only non-structural CE applies. Nine thicknesses from 4 to 27 mm are produced in 2500 × 1250, 2500 × 1500 and 3000 × 1500 mm. FSC 100% issued upon simple request.
