Description

Ozigo Mesh-ply is an anti-slip plywood presented by Rougier as an alternative to birch for technical floor coverings. Made entirely of ozigo (Dacryodes buettneri), with 1.5 mm plies, it features on one face a dark brown phenolic film with a mesh pattern and, on the reverse, a smooth phenolic film, 165 g. The edges are sealed with acrylic paint. Its density reaches 675 kg/m³ (± 10%). Class 3 phenolic bonding. Areas of use: floors for trailers and light vehicles, flight cases, stables, stages and mezzanines, packaging. The CE2+ marking for structural use applies to thicknesses of 9 mm and above; below that, only the non-structural CE applies. Nine thicknesses from 4 to 27 mm are manufactured in 2500×1250; 2500×1500 and 3000×1500 mm. FSC 100% issued on simple request.
