Polyurethane PIR L Insulation
Description
The Polyurethane PIR L UTHERMroof insulation is a rigid insulation board intended for EPDM roofing systems and flat roof terraces. Compatible with RT 2012 solutions, it is used on concrete, masonry, wood or wood-based panel supports in one or two layers of insulation. Thanks to its PIR polyurethane foam and its watertight Kraft-PE-Alu multilayer facing, it offers excellent mechanical and thermal resistance for inaccessible, technical, green or pedestrian-accessible roofs. Advantages Compatible with RT 2012 solutions Use in one or two layers of insulation Compatible with concrete, wood and masonry supports Suitable for green roofs and technical terraces Excellent compressive strength Watertight multilayer facing Foam without HFC, HCFC or CFC Suitable for EPDM waterproofing systems Good dimensional stability Boards with straight edge on 4 sides Applications Inaccessible flat roof terraces Technical terraces Pedestrian-accessible terraces Green roofs Garden terraces EPDM waterproofing supports Flat roof insulation Technical characteristics UTHERMroof PIR L insulation Rigid PIR polyurethane foam Expanding gas without HFC, HCFC or CFC Density: 32 kg/m³ Kraft-PE-Alu facing 150 g/m² on both faces Compressibility class: C Compressive stress at 10 %: ≥ 150 kPa Critical compressive strength Res: 120 kPa Conventional deformation ds: 0.91 % Residual dimensional variation: ≤ 0.3 % Thermal bow: ≤ 1.5 mm Boards with straight edge Dimensions: 600 x 600 mm Laid on vapour barrier with glass veil screen
