Description
PowerDiaProfiler DP tool bodies LEUCO equip automatic moulders with the HSK interface. Applications intended by the manufacturer: profiling exotic woods, hardwoods and MDF. Design details given by the manufacturer: topline (polished tooth faces and fine grinding on the back). Benefits claimed in use: high concentricity precision, and a feed rate and surface quality comparable to a jointed HW tool. The article group brings together 7 versions: number of teeth from 2 to 8. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: optimal cutting speed 80 - 100 m/s, profiles to the customer’s specification, and price on request.
