Several levels of financial reading sit side by side here. At the finest level, the analysis covers the works order and the order in real time: committed costs, progress and work left to do are shown immediately, and the customisable tables set the plan, taken from the costing or the release budget, against the actual. On top of that comes an accounting reading covering what has been invoiced, invoices still to raise, work in progress, finished goods, purchases to stock and to the project, and opening and closing stock. Commitment on a project can be viewed in total and in detail, including undelivered orders, receipts awaiting invoice and supplier invoices. At the higher level, the many filters and free periods make it possible to study one project or a group of projects; a report generator builds the summary documents and custom ratios can be produced by period, by customer, by salesperson or by line of business.
