Project and site planning module of the Herakles ERP

Description

This module is aimed at companies that still assign their teams to projects, sites or the workshop by hand. The project manager starts by planning the workload required; the colour switches to green, a configurable shade, as soon as the team has been assigned. Next comes the allocation of staff, with the option of creating a view by department, keyboard shortcuts to copy or delete an assignment, an adjustable display covering the number of days, the colours and weekends, and multi-screen working. A summary screen shows all the assignments by project and by operation, with printable reports; the plan adjusts itself as times are booked and as operations, lines or projects are closed. The department manager has a dedicated capacity screen, fed by absences and able to be linked to holiday management, useful for anticipating the need for temporary staff.
