Quality and non-conformance module of the Herakles ERP

Description

An add-on module, the Quality block is used to raise non-conformances and follow them through to closure, whether they are internal or attributable to a customer or a supplier. Those that concern production are attached to a works order and, as a result, to the related customer order. A rework order can be opened and linked to the non-conformance: the costs booked to it then feed back into the report and into the order, which makes the extra cost actually borne visible. Discrepancies found at supplier receipt are raised straight from the receipt or on a mobile device. The module also handles the concessions granted to customers. Both in the workshop and at the goods-in station, reporting is done on a handheld terminal. It works together with the Inspection sheets module, each being able to run independently of the other.
