Description
This Putsch Meniconi SVP 145, built in 2003 in Poggibonsi, Italy, has been fully overhauled and restored by Larenn, who fitted it with a new extraction system. Its automatic retractable frame keeps the PVC support battens clear during horizontal cuts and the folding rail runs the full length, with its control at the end of the machine. The saw measures 5 000 × 2 850 × 1 000 mm and offers a vertical cutting height of 2 200 mm, a horizontal cutting length of 4 200 mm, a horizontal cutting height of 2 080 mm and a cutting depth of 60 mm. The 3.7 kW motor at 400 V drives a 250 mm blade at 5 300 rpm. Extraction is taken from the rear and a dust pick-up nozzle is added for horizontal cuts; the manufacturer points out that this nozzle does not appear in the photograph.
