Reconditioned Striebig Evolution 6224 vertical panel saw

Description

This Swiss-built Striebig Evolution 6224, manufactured in 2004, was reconditioned by Larenn in 2023: a partial reconditioning with replacement of all the wearing parts and of the parts with a significant functional or cosmetic defect, the machine partly repainted and in good general condition. The notable imperfections are limited to a few damaged battens on the frame and scratches on some painted areas. The cutting capacity is 5 300 × 2 240 mm with a depth of 80 mm; the 5.5 kW (7.5 hp) motor drives a 300 mm blade with a 30 mm bore at 4 800 rpm, with a noise level of 83 dB at the workstation. The machine, 6 620 × 3 010 × 1 742 mm and 1 100 kg, connects to 3 × 400 V, to compressed air at 6 to 10 bar and to a 140 mm extraction spigot. It is fitted with a scoring unit, automatic plunge of the saw unit, control by stored program, an hour counter and the DMS-XY digital display on both axes.
