Rockacier B soudable bitumen-coated stone wool insulation board

Description

Rockacier B soudable is a single-density stone wool board factory-coated with a layer of bitumen, in compressibility class B. This coating allows the bituminous waterproofing to be fully torch-bonded directly onto the board, with no separating layer. The product is intended for non-accessible flat roofs on a profiled steel or timber deck. The compressive stress is CS(10/Y)50 kPa, the tensile strength TR10 kPa and the point load PL(5)400 N, which matches the maintenance loads on this type of roof. The declared thermal conductivity λ is 0.039 W/(m·K), with a density of 157 kg/m³ at 40 mm and 135 kg/m³ from 50 to 80 mm. Four product codes are offered, from 40 to 80 mm in 1200 x 1000 mm format, for thermal resistances from 1 to 2.05 m²·K/W. The product is covered by a technical application document.
