Description
The Rockfol KB1 adhesive tape seals the overlaps of the Intello Rockfol vapour control layer when insulating converted loft spaces. Applied to the joints between widths, it restores the continuity of the barrier on the internal side, a condition for controlled air tightness behind the lining. The product is listed in a single size, 60 mm wide by 50 m long, which covers the usual overlaps on a loft insulation job. It is used together with the membrane from the same range, as part of the ROCKWOOL solutions for double-layer insulation of sloping ceilings. The substrate must be clean and dry to guarantee the adhesion of the tape along its whole length.
