Description
Rockwood A2 is a 15 mm thick wood wool board intended for finishing the soffits of concrete slabs. It is the facing of the Rockfeu Wood A2 composites on its own, and is used where the exposed finish has to be handled separately from the insulation, or completed on particular areas of the ceiling. The open texture of the wood wool provides sound absorption that is valued in car parks, basements and cellars, along with good impact resistance. The declared reaction to fire is A2-s1,d0 and the thermal conductivity 0.1 W/(m·K), for a thermal resistance R of 0.1 m²·K/W in the 15 mm thickness: the board provides a finish and protection, not thermal insulation on its own. It is listed in 2000 x 600 mm format, 130 pieces per pallet.
