Sawn Oak Square-Edged Board for Heavy Decking

Description

These thick, sawn oak square-edged boards are offered green or pre-dried, with no additives or chemicals: the timber naturally weathers grey in the open air. Made from French logs that are mostly PEFC certified, the boards are edged, strapped and identified by a barcode label, with rough ends. The natural oak is graded Q-P1/A to the standard and offers use class 4 durability to the French standard, for contact with water and the ground. This product is intended for heavy decking on bridges, in parks and gardens, on jetties, on castle drawbridges and at machinery crossings in mountain areas. French oak of natural or enhanced durability, it replaces tropical timbers while avoiding deforestation and long-distance transport. Planing and machining options are available. The minimum area is 200 m².
