Schilliger CL-Therm structural and insulating panel 1
CLT — cross-laminated timber

Description

Structural cross-laminated timber wall incorporating insulating plies, produced at Volgelsheim from local timber from the Vosges and Black Forest ranges, in fir and spruce. The panel provides both the load-bearing function and the insulating function, which cuts erection time. Standard thicknesses run from 160 to 320 mm depending on the number of 40 mm insulating plies, other thicknesses up to 500 mm being produced on request. The walls reach 3.45 m in height and 16.00 m in width, with standard heights from 2.53 to 3.41 m. By default, the outer plies run vertically, a horizontal orientation remaining available on request. Thermal resistance runs from 2.73 to 5.95 (m²·K)/W depending on the thickness. The product is offered only in quality D, non-exposed, for buildings where the timber is not left visible. Moisture content 10% ± 2%, reaction to fire D-s2,d0, formaldehyde-free polyurethane bonding. Certified ETA, DTA, CE marking and FDES. Unless stated on the order, the panels are produced for use class 1 or 2.
