Glulam & glued solid timber
Description
Floor element made up of glued planks, available in two types. Type A, DBS/RBS, has a fixed width of 190 mm; type B, DBS/MHT, covers 185 to 985 mm in 50 mm steps and remains supplied on request. Slab thicknesses run from 80 to 200 mm and lengths from 4.00 to 18.00 m. The species is spruce and fir, other species being available on request, in strength class C24. Two qualities are available: N, normal, for exposed construction visible on one face only, and I, industrial, for works with reduced aesthetic requirements. The thickness of the laminations is unrestricted. The surface is planed on four faces, with a chamfer possible on one face; for exposed faces, the manufacturer recommends sanding, invoiced as an extra. Moisture content 12% ± 2%, thermal conductivity λ = 0.13 W/(m·K), reaction to fire D-s2,d0 to EN 13501-1, type I polyurethane bonding to EN 15425, free of solvent and formaldehyde.
