Glulam & glued solid timber
Description
Glued solid slab intended for floors and ceilings, produced in spruce and fir, strength class C24. It is offered in quality N, normal, for exposed construction, and in quality I, industrial, for works with reduced aesthetic requirements. Thicknesses cover 100 to 280 mm, invoiced in 20 mm steps; widths run from 200 to 1 000 mm in 50 mm steps and lengths from 4.00 to 18.00 m. Four joint treatments are standard: flat joint with no machining, grooves on one or two sides for loose tongues, rebates with a three-ply cover strip, or a combination of grooves and rebates. The surface is planed on four faces and chamfered; for exposed construction, sanding is recommended and invoiced as an extra. Moisture content 12% ± 2%, thermal conductivity λ = 0.13 W/(m·K), reaction to fire D-s2,d0 to EN 13501-1, type I polyurethane bonding to EN 15425, free of solvent and formaldehyde.
