Description

A complete packaging line built from the SCM cardboard packaging machines — cut c box formers and pack c box closers — to pack products at several levels of automation. It suits makers of flat-pack or knock-down furniture, doors, windows and panels, as well as any product of limited thickness but highly variable length and width. Depending on the type of box and the output required, several configurations are offered: low-intensity batch-one FEFCO 410 with 3D scanning of the product, just-in-time manufacture of customised boxes, manual filling then automatic hot-melt closing; large FEFCO 410 batches with automatic tray forming, labelling and palletising; high-intensity batch one with automatic positioning of the product on open board; or high-intensity FEFCO 401 with automatic filling and adhesive tape closing. Every line is engineered to measure around the product to be packed.
