Description

SetProfiler profiling tool set LEUCO, profiling is aimed at moulders. The tool is used in serrated profiling tool bodies. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: cutting material: HW, HL Solid 30 for hardwoods and softwoods, HW topcoat and topline (polished surface). Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: a marked improvement in the cutting edges, excellent cut quality, tool life multiplied by 2 to 3 compared with uncoated HW inserts, and a significant saving in grinding wheel consumption, since the knives and backing knives are cut separately and only the profiled knives are reground afterwards. The range comes in 24 versions. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). To consider before ordering: 60 degree serration with a 1.6 mm pitch for profiling solid wood and wood-based materials, blank knife height 50 and 60 mm for rotation up to 12,000 rpm, and T = profile depth.
