BamWood Gold Budget is a bamboo flooring from the ootouch brand (BambooTouch®), in the Gold shade. Classic horizontal installation construction. The bamboo here is solid from one end of the board to the other: it can be sanded and refinished several times over the decades, like traditional solid hardwood flooring. Board dimensions: width 130 mm, length 915 mm, thickness 10 mm. Varnished finish. Glued or floating installation depending on the subfloor. It is compatible with underfloor heating and use in a bathroom provided it is glued down, which is mandatory in both cases; it is also impact-resistant. 30-year manufacturer warranty. Bamboo is a fast-growing material, presented by the manufacturer as a renewable alternative to traditional wood species for floor coverings.
