The DSG Stellite Ultra is the finest Stellite frame saw blade in the Wintersteiger range, built for the most demanding thin-kerf cutting requirements. Its kerf starts at 0.7 mm, a figure that reduces cutting loss by 45 % compared with blades fitted with a 1.25 mm kerf: the gain in material yield is significant on series production. The cutting height reaches up to 300 mm and the blade body uses the base material of the DSG Stellite Gold, which guarantees stability under tension and long service life. The Stellite tipping ensures good edge life over time. The DSG Stellite Ultra is optimally matched to the manufacturer's entire range of thin-kerf frame saws, for direct integration into existing lines.
