Stone wool trapezoidal filler for perforated steel decking

Description

These single-density stone wool trapezoidal fillers are shaped to fill the troughs of perforated profiled steel decking. Their profile follows the geometry of the rib: once in place, they fill the volume beneath the top flange of the deck and turn the perforated substrate into an acoustic absorber, while improving the thermal insulation of the soffit. They are used in flat roof build-ups on a steel deck where acoustic correction of the room is required. Two product codes are catalogued, sized 148/38/165 mm and 69/19/55 mm: the choice depends on the deck profile selected, each rib geometry calling for the matching trapezoidal filler. The stone wool used is non-combustible and retains its characteristics over time.
