Glulam & glued solid timber
Description
MS BOIS finger-jointed solid timber (BMA) is assembled with glued finger joints, giving long, regular and homogeneous members suited to structural applications. Produced in Douglas fir and spruce, French softwoods certified PEFC and Bois de France, it is planed on four faces with chamfered arrises and graded C24. More than thirty sections are available, from 45×95 mm to 120×240 mm (thicknesses 45 to 120 mm, depths 80 to 240 mm), in lengths up to 13 m. Bonding uses an MUF adhesive to EN 301; design follows Eurocode 5 and NF EN 338. BMA suits wall framing, purlins and rafters, as well as I-beam flanges and workshop prefabrication.
