SuperProfiler HW “Multi-Profile” indexable inserts LEUCO are aimed at spindle moulders. The tool is used for application in SuperProfiler tool bodies 167897 and 167894. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: cutting material: HW and HL Board 06 for hardwoods and softwoods. The range comes in 3 versions. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). To consider before ordering: for producing different profiles in one or several machining operations, and for profile examples see the technical appendix. The group covers right-hand rotation.
