Description
SuperProfiler HW shank tool bodies LEUCO, cranked equip CNC machines. Applications intended by the manufacturer: profiling solid wood and panels. Design details given by the manufacturer: cranked tool body, straight cuts, cutting material: HW HL Board 06 for hardwoods and panels, and cutting material: HW HL Solid 60 for softwoods. Benefits claimed in use: for deep profiles and a tool body for mounting a range of interchangeable profile inserts. The article group brings together 3 versions: outside diameter from 100 to 125 mm, shank of 25 mm, overall length from 119 to 140 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: inserts can be profiled to the customer’s wishes, clamping: ps-System, TRIBOS, collet chuck, and delivery: tool body with clamping wedges, without insert or backing knives.
