SuperProfiler HW tool bodies (internal profiling) LEUCO, MAN are intended for spindle moulders. They are used for planing and profiling solid wood and wood-based materials. What the LEUCO design provides: straight cut without shear cut, n = 6,200 - 10,700 rpm, cutting material: HW HL Board 06 for hardwoods and wood-based materials, and cutting material: HW HL Solid 60 for softwoods. What the manufacturer highlights: a tool body for mounting a range of interchangeable profile inserts. This range covers 2 versions: outside diameter of 125 mm, bore of 30 mm, cutting width from 40 to 60 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW). Notes on use: use against the feed, inserts can be profiled to the customer’s wishes, and delivery: tool body with clamping wedges, without insert, backing knife or limiter.
