Description

The Taillefer is a two-car carport made in France by the sawmill, in dried and planed spruce treated with Xylophene to use class 2. It is delivered as a ready-to-assemble kit and put together with mortise-and-tenon joints pegged in wood, in a traditional and long-lasting way. The assembly ironmongery is supplied in full: adjustable post bases, anchor bolt, coach screw, wooden pegs and screws. The shelter sits on a concrete slab or concrete pads, the timber keeping its natural colour. The timber comes from sustainably managed forests and is certified Bois des Alpes and PEFC. The sawmill offers as options the roof covering (tile or steel sheet), the flashings, the roof boarding, a solid Douglas fir version, installation and delivery.
