Description

Ozigo Base-ply is an all-ozigo plywood (Dacryodes buettneri) offered as a substitute for birch for engineered products. Its composition is consistent, each ply is 1.5 mm, and its faces are graded BB/BB (III/III) in accordance with EN 635-2. For engineered flooring and engineered wall systems, there is a thickness tolerance of ± 0.3 mm, applicable only to thicknesses of 9, 12 and 15 mm. The panel is calibrated, sanded on both faces and bonded with phenolic class 3 adhesive; it is 675 kg/m³ ± 10%, and it is NF Exterior CTB-X certified by FCBA. Other possible outlets: furniture frames and packaging. Three formats are produced, including a 1525×1525 mm square. CE2+ structural use reserved for panels of at least 9 mm.
