Termolegno combined drying-steaming kiln

Description

The Termolegno combined kiln brings drying and steaming together in the same chamber, with a significant saving of space and handling time. Available with front loading (CSD, 50 to 300 m³) or tunnel configuration (CSD-T, 80 to 500 m³), it processes hardwoods and tropical woods. Steaming can be direct or indirect. Ventilation relies on reversible axial electric fans with constant airflow in both directions of rotation at variable speed, with motors suitable for humid and hot environments. Seals, probe housings and cable ducts are made of silicone and Teflon to withstand high temperatures. Servo-motor chimneys and 3 bar humidification, or 80 bar high pressure, complete the installation, controlled by an electronic control unit.
