Anchors & chemical anchoring
Description
The TMC metal expansion anchor, supplied with a pre-fitted metric-thread screw, allows components to be fixed to plasterboard or drywall, or to any hollow substrate whose cavity matches the size of the anchor. The anchor is placed in the hole drilled in the substrate using a dedicated setting tool; the action of the tool expands and locks the anchor against the substrate. The component is then fixed using the screw.
