Description

UniTec A CM DP hoggers for the s-System LEUCO Ø 160 mm and sleeve are aimed at double-end tenoners. The tool is used for the chip-free sizing of raw, melamine-faced, paper-coated and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: regrinding zone 5 mm, max. speed = 6,000 rpm, the cut split into a roughing cut and a finishing cut, and a stepped version. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: improved chip extraction through extraction built into the tool (ChipMeister), reduced cleaning times, lower extraction power, and better cut quality through the split cut. The range comes in 6 versions: outside diameter of 250 mm, bore of 60 mm, cutting width of 8 mm and number of teeth from 36 to 60. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). To consider before ordering: also for machining thin panels 8 mm thick, suited to scoring/hogging (RZ) and to double hogging (DZ), and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
