UniTec D CM DP hoggers for the s-System LEUCO Ø 192 mm (RZ/DZ)

Description

UniTec D CM DP hoggers for the s-System LEUCO Ø 192 mm (RZ/DZ) equip double-end tenoners. Applications intended by the manufacturer: the chip-free sizing of raw, melamine-faced, paper-coated and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials. Design details given by the manufacturer: regrinding zone 5 mm, max. speed = 6,000 rpm and the cut split into a roughing cut and a finishing cut. Benefits claimed in use: improved chip extraction through extraction built into the tool (ChipMeister), reduced cleaning times and lower extraction power. The article group brings together 6 versions: outside diameter of 250 mm, bore of 80 mm, cutting width of 8 mm and number of teeth from 24 to 48. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: particularly for coarse-structured particleboard, recycled panels and particleboard with sensitive facings, also for machining thin panels 8 mm thick, and suited to scoring/hogging (RZ) and to double hogging (DZ).
