This Bugatool vacuum bag is a vacuum system for veneering and bending wood, supplied with its Venturi generator. The clear polyurethane tubular film, open at both ends, withstands 150 °C and offers very high puncture resistance; with 250% elasticity, it easily returns to a flat shape, unlike PVC. The Venturi pump creates a vacuum that presses the workpiece down during glue-up, for even, bubble-free adhesion, including with thin veneers. Non-return valve, breather mesh and hose are included. For an effective vacuum, a compressor with a tank of at least 100 litres is essential. Ideal for veneering MDF, for handling precious species and for bending under cross-veneer.
