VHW finishing cutter, TRIO magnetic panels and stainless steel film is intended for CNC machines and is a special design for sizing and facing magnetic panels and panels coated with stainless steel film. What the LEUCO design provides: newly developed and registered tooth geometry, axial angle on both sides according to the TRIO principle, a new coating, and not re-sharpenable. What the manufacturer highlights: high cut quality and considerably reduced wear, and therefore longer tool life, thanks to a new splitting of the cut compared with conventional VHW shank cutters. This range covers 3 versions: outside diameter from 12 to 20 mm, shank from 12 to 20 mm, overall length from 90 to 110 mm and 6 teeth. Cutting material: solid carbide (VHW).
