VHW Folding chamfer shank cutters LEUCO, Z=2 are aimed at 5-axis CNC routing machines. The tool is used for routing corners, particularly in small narrow cut-outs, and for chamfering, intended for decorative grooves and folding cuts in solid wood and panels. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: solid carbide body, for mechanical feed, right-hand rotation and max. speed = 20,000 rpm. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: inclination angle for pointing the corners: 45°. The range comes in 2 versions: outside diameter of 16 mm, shank of 16 mm, overall length of 120 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: solid carbide (VHW). To consider before ordering: clamping system: it is recommended to use tools in ultra-precise chucks, such as “ps-System” hydraulic expansion chucks, TRIBOS or shrink-fit chucks.
