VHW Nesting shank cutters LEUCO, without axial angle are designed for use on CNC machines. Their field of application covers panel sizing in the Nesting process and facing, rebating and grooving in solid wood and wood-based materials. Claimed strengths: special tooth grinding for a better surface quality, a coating for tool life up to 3 times longer, and large chip clearances for better chip extraction and less heat generation. The series comprises 3 versions: outside diameter from 6 to 10 mm, shank from 10 to 12 mm, overall length from 73 to 76 mm and 3 teeth. Cutting material: solid carbide (VHW).
