VHW profile grooving shank cutter LEUCO, for Lamello Clamex P equips 5-axis CNC machines, intended for routing Lamello Clamex P® grooves and in particular for deep routing in the top of the panel, where this cannot be done with standard bore-type tools for Lamello Clamex P® on angular transmission aggregates. Design details given by the manufacturer: solid VHW, spiral version Z=2, topcoat TC 104 coating and single-use tool. Benefits claimed in use: high rigidity = low vibration even with difficult materials, low cutting force and good cutting quality thanks to the spiral design, and hard coating with in addition a low coefficient of friction for extended tool life.
