VHW roughing cutter LEUCO, negative helix equips CNC machines. Applications intended by the manufacturer: rough milling in solid wood, plywood and uncoated wood-based materials and trimming and milling circular cut-outs. Design details given by the manufacturer: negative helix for milling small workpieces that are difficult to clamp, reference face on top, and max. speed = 30,000 rpm. Benefits claimed in use: high performance and downward cutting force thanks to the negative helix. The article group brings together 8 versions: outside diameter from 10 to 20 mm, shank from 10 to 20 mm, overall length from 75 to 135 mm and number of teeth from 2 to 3. Cutting material: solid carbide (VHW).
