VHW roughing cutters for door locks, door production is intended for CNC machining centres. The tool is used for routing lock mortises. On the execution, LEUCO specifies: a positive helix and a roughing cut. What the manufacturer highlights: optimal chip clearance from the positive helix, and quieter running. The range comes in 3 versions: outside diameter from 14 to 18 mm, shank from 14 to 20 mm, overall length from 155 to 175 mm and 3 teeth. Cutting material: solid carbide (VHW). To bear in mind before ordering: mounting: ps-System with a reducing sleeve, Class-No. 933280, TRIBOS, collet chuck, and for mounting in the horizontal drilling unit (Homag, Weeke) a clamping flat is required (see Technical Information).
