VHW roughing cutters LEUCO, ecoline are intended for CNC machines. They are used for rough routing in solid wood, plywood and uncoated wood-based materials, and for trimming and routing vision panel openings. What the LEUCO design provides: positive helix for routing perfectly clamped workpieces, reference below and max. speed = 30,000 rpm. What the manufacturer highlights: high performance, optimal upward chip removal thanks to the positive helix and an economical design. This range covers 5 versions: outside diameter from 8 to 16 mm, shank from 8 to 16 mm, overall length from 75 to 110 mm and 3 teeth. Cutting material: solid carbide (VHW).
