Woodmann or Maktek chip and dust extraction unit

Description

A range of dust and chip extraction solutions, sized on study for a single machine as well as for a complete workshop, as an indoor or an outdoor unit. The offer covers mobile chip extractors and centralised units, whose airflows range from 3600 to 62,000 m³/h for an extraction speed of at least 28 m/s. Filter cleaning is automatic and the stated air tightness reaches 99.99%. The metal bins on wheels have an external reading of the fill level. The equipment suits wood workshop machines: edgebanders, panel saws, CNC routers, spindle moulders, sanders. An optional HEPA filter takes filtration down to 5 microns. Two restrictions on use are stated by the manufacturer: the extractor must not be used in an explosive atmosphere, and it is not suited to handling damp raw materials. Installation can be carried out by the customer or taken in hand, with a technical study and on-site installation as options.
