Description

5567 counter-profile tool body LEUCO finds its place on spindle moulders. Its field of use covers profiling and counter-profiling doors, furniture and carcases in solid wood and wood-based panels. Construction features stated: a high-strength aluminium alloy body, straight cutting edges, cutting material: HW HL Board 06, and with chip thickness limiters. Stated strong points: a tool body for mounting various interchangeable profile inserts, and easy knife changing. The range comes in 1 version: outside diameter of 130 mm, bore of 30 mm, cutting width of 40 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW). Conditions of use given by LEUCO: a counter-profile set fitted with profile KE8596, and alternative profiles are not included in the delivery.
